unable to find customer care in this company, its ok buying goods the problem comes when you return faulty goods .Help number rings and rings
you might be waiting 10 mins and then you ring again but its still unresponsive.After feeling frustrated you e mail the company, but that
would take about a week to reply. After about a week and half you may
receive a return slip. After about another week and half you may receive
your money back . It took about one month to complete, good customer
service ? I was so frustrated with the whole episode I contacted Watch Dog.
I would NOT BUY from this company again.
Ordered play mats. Not arrived after 21 days. Contacted GG. They said they had been in contact with retailer and said they would get them to ring me in 7 days. Guess what. No phone call and still no item. Have emailed GG 5times now and no one responds. Awful company to deal with, with no interest in the customer. Will never buy from these people again and advise you to avoid at all costs.
Very poor service. Take your money and cancel orders. Ages for refund and post and packaging payment goes to another company making it hard to get that refunded. Love the way they write their own positive reviews on here! Avoid this company like the plague.
I've ordered numerous items from go groupie & this is an honest review. The items are ok, but delivery is very slow, so if you are wanting an item urgently this is not the place to order from. I've been waiting up to a month each time. No item I've ever bought has been delivered less than 3/4 weeks & in a couple of cases they weren't delivered at all, avoid if at all possible & order at your own risk. I ordered the lavender bear you heat up in the microwave, I rang & complained a couple of times as I have oesteo arthritis quite bad but never did receive it & they did charge me for it but no joy each time, the attitude leaves very little to be desired, avoid!!!
Misleading descriptions of items and pictures.
Missing information like battery operated, Chinese only instructions, EU plug only.
The suppliers asking for P&P payment but not delivering items usually they state up to 21 working days.,,, when not delivering GoGroopie asks to wait 10 days. Once giving up the refund takes 14 days after several email... the only way to contact GoGroopie.
If all goes well great!.. Unfortunately too many times it hasn't been the case for me. Avoid this website even if offers they seem attractive. If there are problems it is hell!
Very poor customer care. ordered a camera 02/10/2015 after 2 weeks not delivered asked for update no reply so started procedure with Papal for refund, GG then responded persuading me to withdraw PayPal claim as supplier will deliver within a few days after another 2 weeks still not delivered. Contacted GG again they said would contact supplier. I asked for refund but GG insisted on asking supplier again. I looked into feedback for supplier "Blacksquare" they have bad feedback. after a few days GG agreed to refund but will take 14 days, WHY SO LONG? still waiting despite several emails. Also GG has vast inflated "Original Prices" on their offers.
Ordered product in June for daughters birthday. Finally received in October - quality inferior. Due to lateness of product have been requesting refund for over 4 months and still waiting. Avoid this company - they use delaying tactics all the time and it is obvious they do not value their customers.
I have had nothing but the runaround from this company. Spend nearly £100 pound on two items and not received either. Would not use them again and if I don't receive my money I will be on line asking for help. I am a pensioner and 71 years old and can't afford to lose this amount of money
I've used go groople a few times and some item are good and some are not.The customer service is very poor when you have a fault item ,give you the impression they will sort it out but don't .say will call you back or email you and don't it's me phoning all the time nothing from them.
Used this discount group to buy a few "bargains". The first 2 were good. After that it went downhill rapidly. Goods didn't arrive at all - I was given credit - NO REFUNDS.
So used the credit totally buy something else; totally wrong goods delivered. Customer "Service" are very difficult to contact & not at all helpful. Decided to cut my losses and lose the money - not something I often do, but almost impossible to do anything else
AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Have waited 5 weeks for my problem to be sorted, they lost my payment and despite sending proof from my bank they still have not still sent my goods. They are in my eyes stealing my money. Very poor accounts system and I won't give up until a refund or the goods. They have lost any further business from me or my family.
