“The team were amazing for our wedding. The car arrived super early, and the driver waited for us. He got us safely to the church and then back to the reception safely and with a smile. I can’t recommend enough!”

“We had a Range Rover Vogue and Rolls Royce Phantom for our wedding on Saturday. The cars were amazing, the drivers were so patient waiting for us and they arrived ahead of time to ensure no delays. We live in Nottingham and they drove all the way from Sheffield! Cupid Carriages were easily contactable throughout the process and were very helpful when we had to move our date back by a year due to Covid-19. We would highly recommend them!”

“Made our day! Amazing experience. Would like to say a thank you to Rob & Gordon for being a special part of the best day of our lives. They had unbelievable professionalism. The cars were unreal and spotless and made us feel so special. Complimentary fizz was an added bonus. The timings of departure and arrival was on point. Great communication throughout booking, staying in touch, and especially due to us having to rebook because of covid - nothing was too much trouble. Our flower girl felt like a princess in her princess car. Hopefully I never have to have them as my wedding car again but would recommend in a heart beat to friends and family or future events. Thanks a million! Charley x”

“ We just wanted to express our Great Thanks for the service provided for our daughter Nicole's wedding on Saturday 10th September 2022. We hired Bramworth Vintage Limo and a limo and the Chauffeurs were very professional they arrived promptly were dressed extremely smartly and were courteous and helpful throughout. Please pass our Thanks onto both the drivers. We will be definitely using you again in the future and would highly recommend your company.”

“So disappointed. Ordered a rolls Royce got a converted London Cab. Dad is disabled and couldn’t get in the car sent as we had not practised (like we had the Rolls). No partial refund for receiving a converted cab instead of the £400+ Rolls Royce we had ordered 11 months before. Customer service shocking, was told they got me there so fulfilled the contract despite the driver watching my dad get into a taxi instead of the wedding car with his daughter.”

“Just a few words to say a big thank you to the driver, who I believe was called Steve. He was early for the pickup which gave us the chance to 'get to know him' and he radiated calmness and confidence, which was great. He was smartly dressed,polite and professional at all times. It was a pleasure to be in his capable hands. The journey to the venue was very relaxing (which helped my daughter as she was getting a bit nervous) and we seem to glide in the very plush car. Thank you again and I would have no qualms in recommending the company to others”

“The company was very kind and accommodating throughout the whole process. In particular our driver John navigated road closures with ease in our 1935 Rolls Royce and made us feel very safe on the tight bends. Thank you!”

“I booked this car service very last minute as my son, the groom, was a little too laidback with the organisation’s of his wedding. I had quick and easy communications with the company who were eager to put my mind at rest over multiple journeys with one car and the use of our car seat. Allan was a superb driver, he arrived well before the time arranged which enabled us to install a car seat for the smallest of the bridesmaids. This made me feel so much more relaxed about the timings of the journeys to and from the registry office. Allan was on call for the whole time we had hired the car for journeys to the reception venue and evening venue. He was warm and friendly, nothing seemed too much for him. Using this car service definitely took the stress out of a potentially anxious day for me. I can highly recommend this service without question.”

“28th of May booked and payed for Champaign brandworth car A car arrived to pick the groom up The wrong car my partner had to tell the driver it was the car (he replied are you sure) that was the first thing that went wrong He took him to the registry office around 15.50 Got a call from cupid saying our car had Broken down He then came to pick me up less than a Mile away from the Crown Plaza Hotel Took him 30 min was already late for my Wedding getting married at 16.15 Got to the registry office at 16.30 I was in tears as I didn't know if I had missed the time slot Luckly my partner had begged them to wait and they did Came out of the registy office the right car was there He took us to the reception and I said where is the champagne the driver said at the side of me We should have had it as we drove to the reception Got to the reception Had photos around the car went into the reception to meet our guests Came out later the car had left We had it booked till 19.30 He left an hour later Put a complaint in we got offered £50 as, a good will gesture We had a very stressful wedding day due to this”

“They managed to arrive to my wife's home with the booked rolls Royce however they failed to drive her to the wedding venue as the car stalled and wouldn't start. Luckily due to it failing to move my wife in her wedding dress was able to jump in her dad's car and get to the wedding Problems happen but when "Simon" attempts to Avoid refunding due to it being an old car I disagree”

“The car service for our daughters wedding on Saturday was fabulous. Everything went as expected which contributed to a lovely day. The Rolls Royce was immaculate. The driver was wonderful too. Thanks on behalf of the Bride and both sets of parents.”
