“Amazing customer service, the engineer was so knowledgeable and helpful in advising us which product would best suit our needs. The after care service was great with the engineer checking how we were getting on with our visualizer. Definitely recommend them.”

“Reasonably priced, although we often have to wait several months for delivery when placing large orders. They're pretty robust, although the USB connections break occasionally, and the ear protectors come out frequently. However, being able to buy replacements parts is handy, as we can just replace the cables/ear protector lining, rather than the whole headset.”

“We originally purchased a number of the promethean boards for our classrooms from crusader as we found their quote very competitive and value for money, however not long after our second round of purchases we were advised by our management team that we needed to move to another location, we got in touch with Crusader as we really impressed and pleased with the initial purchases, advice and installations, we obtained a quote to take down and reinstall a number of boards, which we considered value for money. Their customer service was excellent, They de-canted and delivered the boards to the new location and then once we were ready they came back to install. The engineers were fantastic, very professional, hard working and not only installed the boards but also made sure they were all updated. This is a great company, they offer a great service, I would definitely recommend them and will use again for any future purchases.”

“Great company. Met them at an ICT conference in Newcastle. They were able to provide boxed headphones in different colours for children in different classes. Headphones had good sound and even after damage was caused to the headphones they have been able to provide replacement parts rather than buying brand new again. Not too expensive. Will definitely use again.”
