About Bathing Solutions :

Bathing Solutions were one of the first companies to specialise in the supply and installation of bathrooms specifically designed for the mature customer. Many of our products are made in our own UK factory. Today, we are probably the largest company in the market place through dedication, professionalism and commitment to our customers. We pride ourselves on being able to make a real difference to the lives and well-being of our customers. We have designed and installed bathing solutions for many thousands of customers and every day we receive praise and endorsement from them for the quality of our products and the service we provide – most especially the fitting and installation. Our business isn’t just about supplying and installing new bathrooms; it’s about providing a total solution to our customer’s needs. “From the start of the process from the survey to the installation everyone was very professional with a very high standard of customer care .The man that carried out the installation did it to a very high standard with the minimum of mess .He consulted us throughout the process and was sensitive to the needs of the elderly and disabled highly recommended”

“They delivered their recommended solution exactly. The office kept us informed of progress at all times. The sales representative, and surveyor were a great help in enabling us to achieve the bathroom we wanted. The installer was efficient and friendly. We are very pleased with our new bathroom.”

“e have no complaints concerning our Fitter. He was always punctual, polite and professional. Fixing two issues we had, on his days off. The quality of the shower I had installed is very good. My only issue is, I find the waste outlet pump to be noisier than I had expected. Hopefully I will get used to it. In hindsight I should have opted for the plinth to raise the shower tray, thus having no need for a pump. My advice would be to spend time thinking about what your needs and priorities are, as you will be spending a considerable amount of money. It is a shame if you aren't completely satisfied.”

“I've recently had a shower installed from Bathing Solutions (the bath has gone!) and I was very impressed from start to finish! I was kept up to date all the way and I'm so pleased with the installation carried out by Keith, he really worked hard and did a really grand job! The parts and fittings for the shower seem to be of good quality too. So thanks to all at Bathing Solutions, it's been a pleasure dealing with you!”

“Keith the installation man was brilliant at what he did, worked hard continually all day, could not have had a better person and so kind. Everything went fine and very pleased with the new bathroom. Jasmin who was the lady that managed the project was also very very helpful and cooperative over the phone. Overall could not have expected a better service from Bathing Solutions.”

“Unfortunately the installation was postponed twice and once by myself and the delivery of parts were a day later than expected by the installer. However, all was forgiven by the efforts of the installer who did an excellent job- Clean, tidy and efficient. I would recommend him highly. The finished job was even better than I expected.”

“OUR INSTALLER WAS POLITE, VERY UNDERSTANDING OF WHAT WE REQUESTED. ALSO WORKED VERY HARD. WAS A GREAT ADVERT FOR BATHING SOLUTIONS.VERY EXCELLENT IN SOLVING ANY PROBLEMS THAT HE CAME ACROSS. KEPT US INFORMED OF DAILY PROGRESS EACH DAY. VERY HAPPY WITH JOB COMPLETED.”

“Beautiful bathroom refitted with care and attention by Andy and Debbie. Can't fault it in any way. Only problem was a supplier problem with the manufacturer of the shower doors as when the installers opened the box some fittings were missing. Quickly resolved though. Well done. Highly recommended. Jenny Bloxham Banbury.”

“My bathroom fitter was Simon Windsor and I cannot give him enough stars. He was friendly from start to finish, his customer service skills were excellent. Full consideration was taken on board about my mom’s needs. The customer service from start to finish with Bathroom Solutions has been excellent. Everyone I have spoken to at the business have been very friendly and knowledgeable. The finish product is fantastic.”

“The bathroom is excellent in every way. We are delighted with the result. A special mention must go to the fitters Andrew Hartley and his mate Daniel. They were meticulous in ensuring every detail was perfect and worked long hours to ensure a timely finish.”

“We are delighted with our refitted bathroom. Paul, the fitter, arrived promptly every morning & worked steadily & to a high standard. Also he cleared away tidily each day, something not always done, but appreciated! The delay in delivery of some parts was sorted efficiently. We are impressed by all our contacts with you from sales to technical to management to fitting & so have no hesitation in recommendation.”

“Apart from sending the wrong shower tray, which delayed matters for at the very least half a day, everything else was satisfactory. Mark who did the installation was first class and made sure that everything was done to our satisfaction”

“We were very impressed with the way the fitters worked. They were completely focused all day on their task which they completed to a high standard. They were careful to ensure the area was clean when they left and that we were happy with the installation. A very professional job. Thank you to both of them.”
