“I had a great experience with i2visa recently getting documents authenticated for my Chinese work visa. Joey always responded to my messages quickly and even gave me some advice outside the visa process. I wanted to come into the office to hand-in my documents and explain my employers requests and this was no problem at all, got a time arranged easily and wasn't rushed. Everything was done on time and I received scans of the documents so I could send them to my employer immediately. This service was also the cheapest I managed to find in Scotland and I would use them again, it saved me a lot of hassle and uncertainty. For ESL teachers: Make sure you do your TEFL course with a UK based company as I had to do a second one after the Chinese Consulate rejected mine.”

“I wanted a pro to check over my visa application. Joey gave feedback within minutes of sending it. He even responded very late in the evening and replied instantly via WhatsApp to any question/ query. Very reassuring. The price isn't "cheap" but considering that it took probably almost an hour total communication time in total, split between the evening and the next day, and that he responded so instantaneously and gave useful feedback, I think it's ok! He also has good sense of humor which is very uplifting!”

“Excellent service from I2visa, again!! Thank you. I do not look at other notary providers anymore. Joey and his team process documents fast. I2visa clearly know the process of the legalization system. I have had several certificates legalize and notarized with this company, over the years ( for Chinese visas) each time i2visa has offered a service that is friendly, reliable, and smooth. They help with each and every step! I2visa kindly offers to email a PDF file as soon as your documents are ready so you can receive files before delivery. For me, this addition helped, a lot. Thank you Joey and your team.. another successful entry- thank to you :) Oh I must say, Communication with I2Visa has been super easy too: via email and WhatsApp. I would recommend this company for your documents. I have found that the team values good service, trust and consistent reliability.”

“First class service, everything went so smoothly. We considered the price to be very good value for money as all application details were fully checked and verified prior to our appointment at the Edinburgh visa centre. The added bonus was that our passports/visas were posted back to us and we didn't have to make another 250 mile round trip. Thank you Joey and the team.”

“Speedy and professional service. I've used i2visa a couple of times now because they can be trusted to get my authentication documents sorted for my work in China. I'm not able to comment on the price compared to other providers as I've have only used these guys over the past 3/4 years.”

“Edinburgh might seem a long way to travel for a visa but it's really worthwhile using i2visa for lots of reasons. We just received a 2-year family visa, which some in the competition had said was impossible (even they even responded). On the contrary, Joey was always available, sometimes late in the evening. He checked our applications for accuracy and suggested changes if necessary. He accompanied us throughout our interview, which was very reassuring. Moreover, the price was very competitive measured against other agents. Our total experience was relatively stress-free and we will definitely is this service again in two years' time. Joey's advice, diligence and professionalism were outstanding and five stars is insufficient to rate the quality of service.”

“This is the most affordable and efficient service on the market to get your China documents notarised, legalised and authenticated - hands down. In terms of the service, Joey is hands on and always on call by text/phone if you need. I was a little worried about sending my original docs by post at first but it all went smoothly. There was a slight delay of about a week as a new notary took over but all was fine in the end. Trust me, save yourself the hassle of doing everything by yourself and also avoid extortionate competitor services. I’d suggest the bundle package from i2visa offer which is what I went for as it is well priced and is an end-to-end service. Thanks Joey!”
